An embedded talent consultancy is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to be embedded on a contract basis at leading scale-ups. The role involves driving the internal end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, maintaining a world-class candidate experience, and building out teams. The successful candidate will utilize a data-driven approach to hiring and educating hiring managers.

Requirements

• Track Record: Experience in internal or embedded talent acquisition is highly desirable (Agency experience considered with development pathways).
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate culture and market propositions.
• Attention to Detail: Rigorous approach with strict attention to detail.
• Startup Mindset: "All hands on deck" mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Sourcing Skills: Expert-level sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Scaling Experience: Experience scaling teams in-house.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to translate metrics into actionable insights and plan ahead.
• Strategic Nous: A balance of AM & PM skills with strategic thinking.
• Location: Currently based in the United Kingdom.
