Responsibilities

  • Own logistics and execution for talent tours and talent-fronted events for Disney+ / National Geographic shows and movies across EMEA
  • Drive outstanding creative concepts for talent appearances (premieres, junkets, press screenings, activations, photocalls)
  • Develop and manage a regional talent calendar aligned with global priorities to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Work closely with market leads to understand talent requirements, identify high-impact opportunities, and leverage local festivals or speaker events for on- and off-screen talent
  • Develop processes to help markets identify behind-the-scenes (BTS) talent with local market links
  • Spearhead European talent tours and events in collaboration with US counterparts
  • Work cross-functionally with PR, social, influencer, and marketing teams to oversee regional talent activity, ensure alignment, and maximize impact, relevance, and ROI
  • Collaborate with campaign teams to deliver innovative, multi-market talent-fronted publicity campaigns while maintaining corporate reputation
