Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of GTM roles for a hiring manager, from sourcing to close
Partner directly with the Chief Commercial Officer (Abs) and other senior leaders to define role specs, align on success profiles, and hit hiring targets
Spend significant time mapping, outreaching, contacting candidates, and conducting first-stage screening
Create and execute a playbook to hire roles, building a high-quality hiring engine focused on quality and care
Elevate the hiring bar by coaching interviewers, refining scorecards, and defining what “great” looks like
Craft strong outreach and messaging campaigns to engage top-tier talent authentically
Contribute to employer branding, share thought leadership, and position Omnea as the best place to work
Build and nurture a personal network of top 1% talent through invite-only events, investor networking, and becoming the go-to for elite hires
