  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering high-quality candidates and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from needs assessment to offer negotiation
  • Develop deep talent pools within the insurance industry using innovative sourcing techniques and networks
  • Elevate candidate experience for all candidates, maintaining strong communication and timely feedback
  • Improve recruitment processes, share market trend knowledge, and maintain accurate data in the ATS (Lever)
