5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a scale-up or specialized tech/sales recruitment firm with an international context
Experience in driving hiring managers, challenging their expectations, and being a driver in defining the need
Candidate experience at the heart of practice, creating smooth journeys with regular, factual feedback – even (and especially) when the answer is no
Developed and constructive critical thinking skills – analyze processes, take ownership, and improve things

Responsibilities

Drive recruitment projects like a project manager – defining needs with hiring managers, targeted sourcing, relevant and fluid processes, and effective closing
Challenge hiring managers' expectations, gather transparent feedback, and support them end-to-end to evangelize professional and structured recruitment methods
Manage each step of the process with rigor, transparency, and a constant focus on the candidate experience
Prioritize effectively and maintain a high level of quality even when things accelerate
Actively participate in the ongoing optimization of methods – tools, reporting, processes, and documentation
Become a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and champion the employer brand
