Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement recruitment plans to source exceptional candidates for a diverse range of roles, leveraging deep industry knowledge and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Manage a portfolio of open requisitions, overseeing every aspect of the process: job description development, targeted outreach, rigorous resume screening, advanced interview methodologies (virtual and on-site), candidate and stakeholder communications, offer negotiation, and seamless onboarding
  • Cultivate and optimize sourcing channels—including social media, professional networks, and specialized job boards—to identify and engage high-caliber talent
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters, and external partners, ensuring a consistent and compelling employer brand presence across all recruiting campaigns
  • Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with Janux and regulatory standards, and deliver actionable insights through robust reporting on hiring trends, turnover, and candidate experience
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, fostering a culture of belonging and innovation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, providing market intelligence and guidance on talent strategy
