Required are a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 8+ years of talent sourcing experience in APAC and USA, focusing on IT, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing; proven Talent Mapping, Research, Competitive Intelligence; experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Avature, AI; and strong communication and data-driven decision making.
