Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent for various roles, often focusing on hard-to-fill or leadership positions
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and create effective hiring plans
  • Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to find and engage qualified candidates
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to streamline hiring processes
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through various initiatives and candidate experiences
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor for hiring managers and drive the end-to-end recruiting process for internal and external candidates
