  • Skills in ad hoc reporting (e.g., board updates, open req reports)
  • Ability to partner on employer branding campaigns, recruitment marketing, career site management, and content optimization
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with HR, Finance, Marketing, Employee Success, and business leaders
  • Expertise in managing vendor partnerships, purchase orders, contracts, requisitions, budgets, and hiring plans
  • Strong program and project management skills (lead initiatives like interview redesigns, tech rollouts; manage timelines, stakeholders, and change)
  • Ability to provide operational support, manage referral bonuses, and maintain compliant documentation and TA toolkit

Responsibilities

  • Implement, own, and continuously improve the Ashby ATS and TA tech stack
  • Streamline workflows, ensure data accuracy, and support recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners
  • Build documentation, clear SOPs, and intuitive training programs
  • Troubleshoot issues and manage approvals, requisitions, and audits
  • Maintain compliant, consistent, and scalable processes
  • Create and manage advanced dashboards and reports to turn data into action
  • Collaborate with Finance and VP of TA on hiring forecasts, workforce plans, and capacity modeling
  • Handle ad hoc reporting (e.g., board updates, open req reports)
  • Partner with Marketing, Employee Success, and TA leaders to craft global employer branding campaigns
  • Build, refresh, and maintain career site and recruitment content; track and optimize performance
  • Act as a bridge between HR, Finance, and business leaders to align processes with company goals
  • Manage vendor partnerships, purchase orders, contracts, requisition changes, budgets, and hiring plan updates
  • Lead high-impact TA initiatives (e.g., interview redesigns, tech rollouts) from idea to reality, measuring outcomes
  • Provide operational support to recruiters, hiring managers, and HRBPs
  • Manage referral bonuses and ensure clean, compliant documentation
  • Keep the TA toolkit up-to-date and sharp
