Responsibilities

  • Provide Talent Acquisition leadership to FBNL businesses across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
  • Lead the in-market team responsible for entry-level employer-branding, attraction activities, hiring targets, and development projects in FBNL
  • Partner with the central experienced hiring team to deliver needs in the entry-level segment
  • Actively partner with business and HR leadership to manage workforce planning and design/deliver recruitment strategies, processes, and solutions for short- and long-term goals
  • Build and optimize a diverse, evolving ecosystem to attract and source prime prospects through multiple physical and digital channels
  • Lead change and process improvement initiatives to enhance Talent Acquisition results
  • Bring candidate and market insights into the organization
  • Assess, analyze, and build capability needs within the team and partners
  • Own the local Talent Acquisition budget
  • Lead or contribute to regional Talent Acquisition projects to develop capabilities, tools, and processes
