Proven experience leading talent attraction and acquisition strategies, including managing employer branding within a large international organization, with a strong track record of delivering results

Responsibilities
Provide Talent Acquisition leadership to FBNL businesses across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
Lead the in-market team responsible for entry-level employer-branding, attraction activities, hiring targets, and development projects in FBNL
Partner with the central experienced hiring team to deliver needs in the entry-level segment
Actively partner with business and HR leadership to manage workforce planning and design/deliver recruitment strategies, processes, and solutions for short- and long-term goals
Build and optimize a diverse, evolving ecosystem to attract and source prime prospects through multiple physical and digital channels
Lead change and process improvement initiatives to enhance Talent Acquisition results
Bring candidate and market insights into the organization
Assess, analyze, and build capability needs within the team and partners
Own the local Talent Acquisition budget
Lead or contribute to regional Talent Acquisition projects to develop capabilities, tools, and processes
