Solid background in Linux/Unix Environment (3-5 years)
Experience with Supervising Tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, etc. (3-4 years)

Responsibilities

Managing application and service availability (Technical Operations)
Resolving incidents and service requests following SLAs and ITIL processes (Incident Management)
Performing deployments using Puppet, Gitlab, and Bitbucket according to Change Management Processes (Application Deployments)
Developing and integrating process automation tools using Bash/Python (Process Automation)
Proactively supervising and resolving production environment issues using Zabbix as a monitoring tool (Monitoring)
Ensuring the availability of all services and server resources (System Supervision)
Reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs (Log Supervision)
Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of all processing issues (L2/L3 technical support)
Working closely with colleagues in Bangalore and Nasdaq teams globally (Collaboration)
