Requirements

  • Solid background in Linux/Unix Environment (3-5 years)

Responsibilities

  • Managing application and service availability (Technical Operations)
  • Resolving incidents and service requests following SLAs and ITIL processes (Incident Management)
  • Performing deployments using Puppet, Gitlab, and Bitbucket according to Change Management Processes (Application Deployments)
  • Developing and integrating process automation tools using Bash/Python (Process Automation)
  • Proactively supervising and resolving production environment issues using Zabbix as a monitoring tool (Monitoring)
  • Ensuring the availability of all services and server resources (System Supervision)
  • Reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs (Log Supervision)
  • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of all processing issues (L2/L3 technical support)
  • Working closely with colleagues in Bangalore and Nasdaq teams globally (Collaboration)
