Responsibilities

The Senior Systems Engineer will enable business goals by collaborating with personnel across the enterprise to capture requirements, research, evaluate, design, plan, implement, and support critical business software and services, and improve existing processes and infrastructure. They will maintain business availability by designing, implementing, and managing a monitor and alert system with automated processes and responses for key business systems, share information, mentor, and provide guidance to all technology related teams, establish and document systems design standards, and document Standard Operating Procedures, Knowledge Base articles, and Fixing Guides. Furthermore, they will drive scripting and automation to develop solutions for common problems and serve as the ultimate resource for resolution of sophisticated problems.
