Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, technology preferred, with 3-5 years’ experience in a professional environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work with both technical and business partners
Effective in written and verbal communications, dedicated to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.)
Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and communicate technical information in clear, business-friendly terms
Experience in troubleshooting issues by analyzing system logs, HTTP traces, database queries, etc
Prior experience working in an Agile environment preferred but not required; knowledge of Jira and Confluence a bonus
Understanding of Single Sign On, SAML 2.0, or OIDC is a bonus
Experience with Application logs or Splunk Logs is a bonus
Willingness to work in Fidelity’s hybrid model, onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office

Provide product analysis for a dynamic development team using Agile methodologies
