Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, technology preferred, with 3-5 years’ experience in a professional environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work with both technical and business partners
  • Effective in written and verbal communications, dedicated to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and communicate technical information in clear, business-friendly terms
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues by analyzing system logs, HTTP traces, database queries, etc
  • Prior experience working in an Agile environment preferred but not required; knowledge of Jira and Confluence a bonus
  • Understanding of Single Sign On, SAML 2.0, or OIDC is a bonus
  • Experience with Application logs or Splunk Logs is a bonus
  • Willingness to work in Fidelity’s hybrid model, onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office
