Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in Linux OS administration in a production cloud/virtualization environment
Strong written/oral communication skills
Experience with IT security in an enterprise environment
Strong desire to learn and share knowledge with a diverse global team

Responsibilities

Provide best practice support, break/fix, and build for the Vault application infrastructure
Monitor alerts and troubleshoot critical production issues impacting end-users including system unavailability and data integrity issues
Build out and deploy new infrastructure
Provide support to developers during regular code releases
Software deployment, configuration management, and performance management in the AWS environment
Document new processes and keep existing documentation and tools up to date as the environment changes
Continuously learn and innovate. Participate in developing new solutions to complex problems
Cross train with other team members to share knowledge and learn from others
