Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain customer-facing SaaS infrastructure in both public cloud and datacentre environments.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and management expertise for growing application platforms.
• Work closely with developers, DBAs, and other internal teams.
• Ensure system stability, security, and scalability.
• Participate in platform migrations and recommend/implement upgrades.
• Improve current processes and introduce new technology.

Requirements

• Experience administering Windows Server in the datacentre or cloud.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with compute and infrastructure services including:
  • AWS
  • Azure
  • IIS
  • SFTP
  • SMTP
  • VMware
  • Load Balancers
  • Firewalls
  • Database Servers
• Automation mindset.
