Senior Support Representative (CST)

Salary: $70,000 - $93,000 Location Type: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm CST Requirement: Must be located in the United States and have U.S. work authorization.


Position Overview

Healthie is seeking a Senior Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional product support and after-sales follow-through to our customers. This remote position requires a dedicated Tuesday - Saturday work schedule. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer success by providing fast and painless support primarily via email, troubleshooting potential bugs, documenting feature requests, analyzing customer data, and assisting customers with product onboarding. Occasional phone support may also be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional product support primarily via email.
  • Troubleshoot potential bugs and technical issues.
  • Document customer feature requests.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist customers with getting started and onboarding with the product.
  • Collaborate with the team to represent the "voice of the customer" within Healthie.
  • Provide phone support as needed to assist customers.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in similar customer-facing roles at a Software as a Service (SaaS) business.
  • Proficiency in queue management and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with a foundational understanding of:
    • Single Sign-On (SSO)
    • Billing and invoicing
    • Modern browsers and developer tools
    • Mobile operating systems
    • Email deliverability
    • DNS records
    • Reading log files
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex subjects clearly and simply.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Motivated by healthcare technology and Healthie's mission.
  • Belief in the value of quality customer support.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer.
  • Bonus Points: Experience working at a healthcare technology company.
