Requirements

  • Linux environment troubleshooting experience (e.g., journalctl, systemctl, dmesg, kubectl)
  • System build and operation experience on Azure / AWS / GCP
  • Knowledge and operation experience of Kubernetes clusters and container technology (Docker, etc.), experience with managed Kubernetes services like AWS (EKS) or Azure (AKS)
  • Troubleshooting experience with network-related issues such as TLS certificates, load balancers, DNS, proxies, firewalls
  • Basic knowledge of distributed systems like Elasticsearch, Redis
  • Application/process analysis experience using Sysinternals or Windows event logs
  • Software product support or development experience (C# / .NET / Java / Python, etc.)
  • Support experience with SaaS or on-premises products (including hybrid cloud/on-prem configurations)
  • Business-level English and native-level Japanese for smooth communication with customers and global teams
  • Bachelor's degree in information engineering, computer science, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Incident response and technical support for UiPath on-premises products and cloud services for business partners and clients
  • Shift work from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday to Friday (with compensatory days off for weekends/holidays)
  • Formulate hypotheses on incident mechanisms, lead agreement with internal departments on resolution approaches, and provide optimal solutions to clients
  • Technical verification support for UiPath products
  • Development and operation of AI agents/robots supporting business automation
  • Writing knowledge base articles for external publication
  • Discussions with overseas development and technical support departments on issues and solutions
  • Planning, designing, and providing services for overall technical support operations
