Requirements

Active participation in RFP responses, including leading presentations and pitches
Ability to supervise and participate in pre-construction scheduling, logistics, and planning
Proficiency in creating accurate and detailed project schedules, weekly field updates, incorporating owner milestones, and assessing schedule feasibility
Experience preparing schedules and proposed phasing plans for projects and potential projects to support budgeting and bidding
Capability to manage multiple, large, and/or complex projects with high levels of quality assurance and quality control
Skills in supervising and managing internal field teams, trade partners, and owner vendors
Ability to promote teamwork and open communication with trade partners, building management, design team, and owner vendors
Proactive problem-solving to recognize and resolve on-site challenges with minimal cost impact
Commitment to safety culture, OSHA standards, and maintaining a zero-incident work environment
Ability to coordinate plans and specifications with architects and engineers, and supervise accurate field document control
Experience developing Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents through guidance, mentoring, and leading by example
Involvement in company growth activities, such as participating in interviews, Mentoring Program, and Intern Program
Participation in business development, client relationship management, industry events, networking, and building relationships with clients and designers
Ability to develop training content and lead training classes on industry best practices, technical skills, and human skills
Professional role modeling for all team members
Potential supervisory responsibilities for Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, and/or Interns

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the project in the field, including site access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality, and construction
Work closely with the Project Manager to execute the project plan from pre-construction through closeout
Active involvement in firm operations and growth
Supervise and manage internal field team, trade partners, and owner vendors
Be an ambassador for Clune’s safety culture and OSHA standards
Develop Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents on the team
Contribute to company growth through interviews, mentoring, and intern support
Participate in business development and client relationship management
Lead training classes on relevant topics
