Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years relevant data analysis experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant data analysis experience
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics applied to strategic sourcing and related processes (e.g., supply chain, purchasing, quality) (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake) including advanced SQL programming skills and strong working knowledge of data architecture principles (preferred)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau (preferred)
  • Strong project management capabilities with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting to diverse audiences across all organizational levels (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced analytical reporting and services for Global Strategic Sourcing
  • Deliver actionable insights through data correlations and intelligence to support decision-making and performance monitoring
  • Optimize data collection, standardization, governance, and reporting processes to enable innovative analytical solutions
  • Lead improvement initiatives in collaboration with Informatics and Analytics teams across Strategic Sourcing
  • Ensure high-quality data management, integration, and consistency across multiple platforms
  • Define and maintain clear criteria to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting and analysis
  • Own and enhance sourcing process and self-service tools used by stakeholders
  • Partner with Category Managers to provide analytics that inform sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations
