Previous experience working in a regulated or manufacturing environment (advantageous)
SAS/R programming experience (advantageous)
Ability to contribute to and manage a small number of projects
Ability to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and explain statistical concepts

Responsibilities

Provide team leadership and statistical expertise for operations/manufacturing departments across the Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) product range
Collaborate with Technical, Manufacturing, Research & Development, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory colleagues
Utilize passion for team leadership, people management, and talent development/mentoring
Support transfer of products and processes from Research & Development into Manufacturing for new product launches
Investigate and monitor manufacturing, stability, and product performance data to drive continuous improvement
Serve as a key individual for development trials and analytical test methods, using statistical background to drive quality and business decisions
