Requirements

Candidates should have completed secondary education in English and Mathematics. Previous experience working in a laboratory, including GLP and GMP, and using various analytical/testing instruments is preferred. Experience in leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with strong communication and time management skills. The role requires shift work on a rotating early and late shift pattern, Saturday to Wednesday.

Responsibilities

The Senior STARS Technician will lead the Product Test team, ensuring quality, yield, and output deliverables. They will maintain and champion EHS initiatives, drive 6s and process improvements, and take ownership of their area by attending daily meetings, reporting on metrics, and escalating issues. Responsibilities include coordinating between teams, supporting daily walk-around activities, performing visual inspection and physical testing of sensors using laboratory equipment, reviewing and approving batch records for product release, stability, complaints, and development trials. The technician will also support test control and scheduling, monitor daily laboratory activities, and maintain awareness of new or changed products and processes.
