Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Staff Software Engineer will partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to define a technical vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with product direction. They will design end-to-end technical solutions that encompass user interfaces, cloud systems, autonomous planners, and vehicle firmware. The role involves driving cross-team and cross-organization initiatives to execute the roadmaps and solutions while establishing best practices for system reliability, performance, and operational excellence. Additionally, the engineer will mentor and provide technical leadership both within and outside their immediate organization.
