Candidates should possess a minimum of 12 years of hands-on full stack development experience or an advanced degree with 8 years of experience, demonstrating expertise in end-to-end application development, maintenance, and deployment across all platform and UI/UX aspects. Experience with leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including the use of AI tools like OpenAI, Windsurf, or Cursor, is required. Proficiency in modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React, strong JavaScript development skills, and experience with multiple technology stacks including Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS), Messaging Systems (Kafka, Dell Boomi), Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Catchpoint), and Web Infrastructure (API Gateways, CDNs) are essential.
The Senior Staff Software Engineer will build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable applications and solutions within the Connected Customer Experience (CCX) domain, collaborating closely with Engineering and product teams. Responsibilities include developing across the full stack of web technologies (JavaScript, AngularJS, React, HTML, CSS, SQL, AI products) within a Scrum-based Agile development process. The role involves working with CCX product owners, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements, owning code from design through implementation and test automation, and implementing software that is simple for customers to adopt and configure. Additionally, the engineer will contribute to the design and implementation of new CCX products and features, enhance the existing product suite, and motivate and inspire team members to find innovative solutions using design thinking and prototypes.
