Requirements

Experience with workforce management systems and tooling for customer support teams is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Staff Backend Engineer, you will partner with the Engineering Director to provide technical leadership across multiple squads and engineers, collaborating with product, data, and operational leaders to identify and execute on strategic opportunities. You will focus on solving complex optimization problems at scale, such as leveraging technologies like LLMs to improve human worker efficiency and forecasting, scheduling, and routing requests through a large workforce. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of in-app customer experiences and reusable components for other product teams, and build and maintain customer support tooling and workforce management systems.
