A Bachelor's or MS degree in a relevant field is required, along with proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Playwright. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with App Store & Google Play submission requirements and experience with mobile automation frameworks using tools like Appium or Espresso are necessary. Medical experience is considered a bonus.
The Senior SQA Engineer will analyze requirements and design test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features and existing functionalities. They will develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API applications, validating functionality, UI/UX, performance, and compatibility. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments, staying current with mobile OS updates and QA practices, and analyzing test results to provide detailed quality reports. The engineer will also contribute to documentation for the medical device development lifecycle and mentor junior team members while working with overseas teams.
