Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Over 10 years experience in software development, Product Owner or similar role in an Agile development environment with a strong focus on satellite communications or modem development
Understanding of modem technologies, modulation and coding, air interfaces, and software development tools such as containerization, virtualization and cloud technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex requirements and prioritize them effectively

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear vision for the product, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and customer needs
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it accurately reflects the priorities of the business and provides the development team with a clear understanding of what needs to be built
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that all user stories are clear, concise, and actionable
Break down high-level requirements into actionable user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria and acceptance tests
Collaborate with the development team to plan and prioritize releases, balancing the need for new features with the need for stability and maintenance
Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring that everyone is aligned on priorities and expectations
Work closely with the QA team to ensure that all user stories meet the required quality standards before they are released to production
Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders and incorporate it into the product backlog, ensuring that the product continues to evolve to meet changing needs and market conditions
