Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist, Inside Delivery will design, build, and document the operating model for a centralized inside delivery team to support high-volume vehicle deliveries nationwide. This role involves creating a scalable operations playbook for tens of thousands of annual direct-to-consumer deliveries, hiring and onboarding Inside Delivery Specialists, and ensuring a white-glove customer experience with expert support for various delivery-related issues. The specialist will establish team KPIs and performance dashboards, partner cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a seamless purchase-to-delivery flow, develop contingency plans for delivery disruptions, leverage digital tools and automation to improve efficiency and customer experience, and act as a customer advocate to improve the digital purchase and delivery journey. Additionally, they will maintain documentation and training guides for standard operating procedures.
