Experience in providing first-level employee relations support and guiding clients through workplace concerns is also required. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and the ability to influence and negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations are essential.
The Senior Specialist will independently manage all employee exits for external employees, ensuring legal compliance and a high-quality offboarding experience. They will provide expert guidance on HR matters, lead and facilitate meetings with clients and employees, and draft all necessary termination documents. Additionally, the specialist will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, process offboarding on the HRIS platform, and drive process improvements within the Employee Relations and Transitions team.
