Requirements

Background in web content management and experience with a large-scale CMS, preferably Contentful
Strong project management skills
Excellent stakeholder management capabilities; ability to advocate for best practices while balancing multiple priorities
Comfortable managing expectations at all levels of the organization and maintaining the integrity of the site
Strong attention to detail with the ability to move quickly to meet tight deadlines
Experience collaborating with marketing, design, engineering, and product teams; cross-functional coordination
Knowledge of content strategy, intake and prioritization processes, and content performance analysis
Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization for conversion
Ability to ensure compliance and support legal review/approval processes
Experience coordinating and managing creative resources (writers, designers) for web content

Responsibilities

Intake and prioritize website requests from the Marketing Team for CMS content updates in partnership with Marketing Operations, Product, and Engineering
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand CMS content requirements and ensure content meets comprehension, brand standards, SEO, and conversion optimization
Oversee creative resourcing for the Dotcom pod (writers, designers) and share status updates on capacity and prioritization
Project manage Dotcom CMS-led projects, including kickoff, timeline development, stakeholder management, and overseeing creative work through review, Legal, and Localization
Bring a strategic lens to new requests and CMS content changes, providing input from ideation to execution, including briefs, CMS scope/components, and content reviews with stakeholders and Legal
Manage, deploy, and maintain website content via the CMS by:
Working with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and Product to author and publish on-brand, consistent content
Consulting with Creative Team and UX Designer to upload assets and author content in the CMS
Optimizing CMS content for consistency, accuracy, usability, and SEO
