Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering, with a strong understanding of IAM principles and technologies. Experience with various IAM solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, and SailPoint is required, along with proficiency in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell. A solid understanding of security best practices and compliance standards is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, integrating, configuring, and deploying IAM solutions, performing testing, providing knowledge transfer and training, and supporting IAM solutions. You will also engage in requirements gathering and analyze business processes, maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDL, troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions, and remain current on IAM trends and methodologies. Furthermore, you will communicate status, possess excellent communication skills, work in a team setting, multitask, perform technical documentation, and fulfill other duties as assigned.
