Requirements
Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in IAM roles, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to Okta and SailPoint platforms. They must have experience designing and configuring IAM across complex global infrastructures, demonstrating an understanding of cyberattacks and proactive IAM defenses. Experience with workflow automation platforms and leveraging APIs to orchestrate systems is also required, alongside working knowledge of AWS.
Responsibilities
The Senior Security Engineer will implement and govern identity and access management using SailPoint IdentityNow, including application onboarding, lifecycle events, role-based access controls, and access certifications. They will also be responsible for implementing HR systems such as UKG and Deel within Okta and IdentityNow to automate user provisioning, provide hands-on technical administration of critical IAM systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IAM solutions, proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities using Axonius SaaS management platform, migrate security operations infrastructure to AWS using Terraform, create and maintain documentation, manage vendor relationships, and participate in developing compliance policies and audit-related activities.
