Responsibilities

Drive product initiatives throughout the product lifecycle from conception to release, remaining accountable for ensuring timely delivery of all product milestones
Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables
Create and manage project timelines/schedules to ensure the team delivers successful products within the desired timelines
Oversee and support multiple complex projects and product initiatives
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (Hardware, Firmware, D&A, Software) to ensure effective dialogue, vision alignment, and accountability for required work/deliverables
Develop strategic plans to manage and optimize the project delivery process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives while factoring in other projects within the team
Provide guidance, as required, to junior team members with their projects, tactics, and skills
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on all project-related aspects
Perform post-mortem reviews for continuous improvement
