Position Overview

We seek a self-motivated Senior Solution Consultant – Financial Consolidations to join our EMEA team with a focus on the German speaking market. This role involves supporting opportunities related to Anaplan’s latest acquisition of Fluence (Statutory & Management Consolidation) across the entire German Speaking region.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with targeted, large enterprise prospects to identify broken business processes and problems. Ascertaining and explaining Fluence’s outstanding ability to solve them.
  • Developing Statutory & Management Consolidation and Disclosure Management solutions, demos, and messaging.
  • Building Proof of Concept models that are tailored to solve prospects’ problems.
  • Navigating sophisticated prospect environments to facilitate the adoption of the Anaplan solution.
  • Cross-training teammates on solution expertise.
  • Creating product awareness in the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • You have sold a financial consolidation software technology or are a current user of this software.
  • BS/ MS/ MA/ MBA in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of Statutory consolidation requirements (IFRS/HGB/FER/GAAP) across different countries within the DACH Region
  • 10+ years of experience in Presales or implementation of statutory or management consolidation solutions on any of the key technologies, including but not limited to Hyperion HFM/FCCS, Cognos Controller, SAP BPC, Onestream, Tagetik, etc.
  • Ideally hands-on experience within the Accounting department of a large multinational
  • Experience with multi-dimensional modelling, business intelligence, EPM, or analytics would be a plus.
  • Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology
  • Excellent presentation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills- both internally and externally
  • German C1 (CEFR)
  • Willingness to travel
