Requirements

Deep expertise in Voice & Messaging technologies
Strong knowledge of all technical aspects of Infobip’s products and solutions
Understanding of customers’ businesses and ability to identify which products can help them
Ability to integrate Infobip products into clients’ systems (custom-scripted API, SFTP, and other solutions over CPaaS and SaaS services)
Ability to identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products and solutions
Excellent understanding of the business, latest industry trends, and competition
Ability to build solid relationships with sales and technical teams

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to support discovery, qualification, and solution design for voice- & messaging-related opportunities
Lead technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept engagements
Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective voice solutions
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on related voice and messaging technologies
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable and aligned with product capabilities
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and assist in the creation of technical documentation and solution diagrams
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs and market trends
Conduct demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and solution integration enablement sessions for customers and summarize meetings via documentation
Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction during project implementation
Collect technical requirements and design technical solutions and service integration plans
Deliver detailed and accurate technical documentation
Handle technical and security questionnaires
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
