Senior Software Product Owner (Hybrid: Orange, CA - US) at Energy Solutions

This is a hybrid work opportunity requiring onsite presence at one of our offices a minimum of 1 day/week (currently Wednesdays) with flexibility for the remainder of the days. The position is based in Orange, CA, with other offices in Oakland, CA, Orange, CA, Portland, OR, Chicago, IL, and Boston, MA.

The role requires deep product ownership experience, process improvement skills, strong background implementing Agile principles in a hybrid planning environment, good technical acumen, team-oriented approach, and skills in translating complex technical ideas into simple business language.

The position includes helping to develop a team of product owners and business system analysts, implementing and improving processes for software development, defining standards for artifacts, developing metrics for planning and monitoring, creating roadmaps, and assisting in resource forecasting.

Strong candidates have experience leading product development in complex ecosystems, implementing Agile in hybrid environments, managing backlogs with stakeholders, creating functional specifications and roadmaps, and influencing decision-making across business and technology teams.
