Requirements

  • Proficient in C/C++ with strong software development, optimization, user, and kernel-mode debugging skills
  • Strong understanding of OS fundamentals and system architecture, including low-level interfaces like buses, controllers, and interrupts
  • Good understanding of hypervisors and hardware emulators (e.g., QEMU, KVM, VDK, Simics)
  • Working experience with a major Linux distribution (e.g., Ubuntu, RedHat, SLES)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with a globally distributed engineering team
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the architecture and development of a simulation platform for next-generation NVIDIA DGX platforms
  • Build, integrate, and enhance simulator components with new hardware features
  • Write supporting technical documentation
  • Bring the full software stack up on the DGX Simulator, working closely with hardware modeling, kernel, and platform driver teams
  • Improve performance, fix bugs across the user and kernel stack, and automate execution flow
