Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on data storage systems. Strong experience with database technologies, such as SQL and NoSQL databases, is required, along with a solid understanding of data modeling principles and scalability best practices. Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure data stores used across Persona’s application stack. You will collaborate with infrastructure, platform, and application teams to optimize data storage solutions for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency, implement and advocate for best practices for data modeling, access patterns, monitoring, and incident response, and contribute to automation, observability, and proactive capacity planning to ensure operational excellence. You will also participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and mentor junior engineers, partnering with other engineering teams to deliver on complex initiatives together and develop simple, elegant solutions to complex problems.
