Requirements

Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience in Java development, preferably within an enterprise cloud software company, and demonstrate a proven ability to write clean, testable, and readable code in a team environment. Strong experience with open source technologies such as Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Solr, Gradle, Git, Jenkins, Mockito, Tomcat, Linux, AWS, Vagrant, Docker, and Kubernetes is required, along with 3+ years of experience with relational databases and a mastery of SQL. Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, the individual will rapidly build new applications on an existing platform, develop new cloud infrastructure, drive new features and improvements in a fast-changing environment, partner with product management, design, and QA to deliver cutting-edge solutions, and work on multiple layers of the stack including backend, front-end, and DevOps. They will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to making their team better.
