Requirements

Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience with Java or a similar OO language, along with experience in API Integrations, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations. A passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization is also required, as are analytical and design skills. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes is necessary, and experience with AI productivity tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes, including code reviews and unit testing. They will work with product owners to understand requirements, own code from design through delivery, and implement software that is simple to use and customizable for customers. The role also involves contributing to the design and implementation of new products and features, enhancing the existing product suite, and mentoring colleagues to promote knowledge-sharing.
