About the Team

The Enterprise team is instrumental in developing groundbreaking customer experiences for dental groups. This team is responsible for creating robust reporting products, embedded insights, efficient onboarding workflows, comprehensive bulk management tools, and sophisticated billing & payment systems, among other critical functions. The team's efforts directly support Dandy’s mission to become the indispensable partner for dental groups, enabling them to scale operations, enhance clinical outcomes, and boost revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to build new features and products.
• Take ownership of problems from end-to-end, considering user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.
• Proactively identify and prioritize improvements to the team’s processes, codebases, and best practices.
• Work primarily with the following technologies: Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer.
• Experience with modern web tooling and frameworks, such as TypeScript, React, Apollo, Storybook, and Webpack.
• You are self-directed and capable of operating autonomously to deliver scaled impact.
• Ability to uphold high standards for yourself and the team.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
