- 5+ years of experience as a strong full-stack web developer
- Proven track record of success in the industry as a Senior Software Engineer
- Experience taking full responsibility for complex, high-liability projects
- Experience making key architectural decisions for large projects and performing research to back them up
- Experience dealing with consequences of mistakes and fighting fires when necessary
- Experience mentoring and providing support for junior/less experienced developers
- Worked on multiple engineering teams, both small and large
- Thrived in many different environments, recognizing each team is unique
- Good product sense, attention to detail, and passion for software impact
