Requirements

  • Models compliance with company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and integrity; uses Open Door Policy

Responsibilities

  • Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs; build commitment for perspectives and rationales
  • Provide and support implementation of business solutions by monitoring progress/results, recognizing improvement opportunities, and adapting to demands/changes
  • Demonstrate and assist others in applying company policies, ethics, and integrity in business processes
  • Identify appropriate methods/tools to solve business problems and share use cases/examples
  • Understand interests/profiles of key stakeholders to manage functional relationships; analyze technical needs and partner to share information
  • Engage with business partners (internal/external) periodically and establish credibility for exchanging functional information
  • Explore relevant products/solutions for business/technical needs; assess gaps/updates/modifications (especially in agile methodology)
  • Classify requirements into types (e.g., Functional/Non-Functional); anticipate solution risks/issues during requirements gathering and recommend corrective steps
  • Contribute to creation of user stories for components/applications/complex (for agile methodology)
  • Ensure adherence to project against approved milestones and timelines
  • Create/configure minimalistic code for entire component/application ensuring business/technical requirements, non-functional requirements, low maintainability, high availability, and high scalability
  • Assist in selection of appropriate coding languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C)
