Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to define, scope, and plan out the engineering roadmap
  • Build and ship new features and products to improve the user experience for employees and employers
  • Apply software to streamline internal processes and enable scaling more efficiently
  • Invest in engineering health and processes to ensure sustainable and secure development
  • Provide mentorship and support to other engineers on the team
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and other teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Identify and prioritize technical debt and implement solutions to improve the overall engineering health
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the product
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new features and products
