Responsibilities

Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to define, scope, and plan out the engineering roadmap
Build and ship new features and products to improve the user experience for employees and employers
Apply software to streamline internal processes and enable scaling more efficiently
Invest in engineering health and processes to ensure sustainable and secure development
Provide mentorship and support to other engineers on the team
Collaborate with sales, operations, and other teams to ensure successful product launches
Identify and prioritize technical debt and implement solutions to improve the overall engineering health
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the product
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new features and products
