Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of software engineering experience
Proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
Ability to balance competing requirements, solve complex problems, and deliver practical, scalable solutions
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
Background in healthcare data standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7) or prior experience in health tech
Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) preferred
Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker) is a plus

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure, cloud-native services
Build and operate containerized applications leveraging Kubernetes and related technologies
Develop clean, testable, and maintainable code in Python
Implement integrations and workflows that streamline healthcare data processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, Clinical, and Engineering
Own end-to-end delivery of major features, from technical exploration and implementation through deployment and monitoring
Drive problem-solving, including diagnosing and debugging complex issues in production environments
Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
Ensure performance, resilience, and security best practices are embedded into all systems
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall codebase
