Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design and development of scalable, distributed backend microservices, primarily in Golang, with some Python for AI-related services. They will own and evolve voice platform integrations with large-scale enterprise communication and contact center systems. Key initiatives include expanding platform capabilities such as bi-directional SIP, WebRTC integrations, multilingual support, advanced transcription, and real-time translation. The role involves building systems for conversation intelligence, improving platform observability, reliability, and self-service troubleshooting, and ensuring the performance, scalability, and resilience of real-time voice pipelines in the cloud. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers are also core responsibilities.
