Expertise in Go and strong API/service design skills are essential, along with proven experience in scalable architectures utilizing microservices, workflow orchestration, distributed caching, and cloud databases. A strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, modern cloud infrastructure, networking, real-time communication protocols, and cloud security best practices is required. The ability to lead complex technical projects from design to production is also a key qualification. Experience with voice systems, telephony, or real-time media platforms is considered a bonus.
The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design and development of scalable, distributed backend microservices, primarily in Golang, with some Python for AI-related services. Key initiatives include expanding platform capabilities such as bi-directional SIP, WebRTC integrations, multilingual support, advanced transcription, and real-time translation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers are also core responsibilities.
