Requirements

Candidates should have experience in Python/Django and React, with a focus on backend systems like ledgers, syncs, decisioning engines, and rules engines. Experience with GraphQL, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React Native, AWS, and Docker is beneficial. Responsibilities

This Senior Software Engineer will own the 'zero-to-one' stage of product development, shaping product approach in collaboration with PMs, Designers, and other engineers. Responsibilities include defining technical strategy, driving execution to delivery, leading architecture for initiatives, breaking down large ideas into clear technical approach documents and milestones, and mentoring other engineers. The role involves taking ownership of backend-heavy initiatives and contributing to frontend features, bringing forward strong architectural ideas, evaluating trade-offs, influencing system direction, and driving improvements to system stability, performance, developer experience, and engineering practices.
