Debugging existing software, correcting defects, and providing recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
Integrating existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
Designing or implementing complex database or data repository interfaces/queries
Developing software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, conferring with users or system engineers, and investigating problem areas
Modifying existing software to correct errors, to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance
Designing or implementing complex algorithms requiring adherence to strict timing, system resource, or interface constraints
Performing quality control on team products
Overseeing software development teams and ensuring the work is completed in accordance with applicable standards
