Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge and history of leveraging open source and open technology
Strong knowledge and experience with programming languages
Strong knowledge of database architecture
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent
Golang and REST API integration experience
Nice to Have: SNMP, Netflow, API; OpenTelemetry; Linux; Cloud - Kubernetes, AWS; Java, Python

Responsibilities

Understanding and/or creating architecture design diagrams
Leveraging open source and open standards to deliver new service with minimal coding
Creating a new dynamic service for SNMP, API, and Flow device monitoring
Implementing effective security protocols and data protection measures
Implementing automated testing harness to fully exercise new service
Coordinating with internal teams to train and support new technical solution
