Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of software development experience and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with identity and access management protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML, including authorization server concepts. A strong foundation in security fundamentals and authentication/authorization flows is required, along with experience collaborating with product and security teams to design secure workflows. Familiarity with MCP servers, proficiency in Golang or Rust, experience with HTTP proxies and gateways, and exposure to AI/LLM technologies are considered bonus points.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Developer will contribute to the technical direction, vision, and strategy for securing AI and agentic workflows, focusing on access management for AI agents. Responsibilities include driving project delivery, making technical decisions, writing code, solving complex technical problems, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve business outcomes.
