Requirements

10+ years of working experience with Fintech start-ups or good tech companies, with education from top universities
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as PHP, Go, Python, Node.js, or Java (prefer experience with PHP)
Strong grasp of software design patterns, architecture, and cutting-edge technologies
Strong expertise in software development methodologies, system architecture, debugging, testing, and technical documentation
Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and data architecture for database systems
Experience with caching, message brokers, logging, and monitoring tools
Good understanding of scalability and performance considerations for handling high traffic and large data
